“What an experience I had at ITP 2012!
Personally for me, it was a rewarding year. I conducted, with other ITPeans, a Faculty Development Program that was received very well. Based on this feedback, I conducted several workshops for our faculty colleagues throughout 2012 and my rating has always been above 9 out of 10. A great ego satisfaction to discover that I am a good trainer!
To crown my achievements, ICICI Bank, the second largest commercial bank in this country, whose officers we train at our academy, felicitated me during the convocation held on 7th December 2012. While receiving it, I remembered ITP and mentally thanked all in ITP who helped me in securing this. I also received felicitation by my employer here as one of the best employees.”
My life as a teacher truly took off after ITP. Not only did the programme reveal that many brilliant co attendees shared my problems and challenges.
That revelation gave me both numerous creative solutions, and, crucially, it gave me the licence to become much more creative. Since ITP, I have felt comfortable taking ‘risks’, by introducing all sorts of new ways of relating the material to my students.
Both they and I are sharing a great deal of fun as a result.
ITP provides a unique space for learning, reflecting and exchanging/networking with colleagues on our teaching practices.
It is a mix of classes (on Learning, Teaching, Evaluation and much more), small groups exchange and exercises with colleagues.
ITP gave me the space and motivation to revamp one of my courses in collaboration with a professor from another Business School.
Additionally, the relaxed environment makes the experience very enjoyable.
